Meet upcoming artist Phat Word

Phat Word is an upcoming artist hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana.

He first began creating music back in 2008. He started with creating mixtapes as he developed a large passion and love for music. He creates music under the Hip Hop, Soul, and Afrobeat genres. Currently his most successful tracks are titled “Bounce Drop” and “Temptation”. Another track of his that he finds notable is called “Self Determination” which features 3D Natee. His music has been featured in several playlists and blogs.

There are several notable artists that inspire Phat Word, too many for him to name. He listens to several different genres including Hip Hop, Gospel, Jazz, Reggae, R&B, Rock, and Classical.
