Meet Marquis Lacy

Marquis Lacy is an upcoming recording artist hailing from Palm Beach County, Florida.

He first began freestyling at the age of 11. He wrote and recorded his first song when he was 12, after being inspired by his older cousin who was also a musician in the area.

Lacy keeps his style versatile while staying true to himself. His mood determines his sound due to the emotional correlation he has with music. His most successful track so far is titled “All Net” which he released in 2016. The song has accumulated over 160,000 spins on Pandora and is his most streamed song on Spotify.

There are several notable artists whom inspire Lacy, some of which include Drake, Hov, Gorillaz, The Fray, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, and several others. He recently started his own record label in Florida called Global again Music Group, along with his friend and business partner “94”.
